Meet Chavis Smith

Chavis Smith was raised on East Tennessee cooking — Sunday plates that stretched all afternoon, neighborhood cookouts that turned into block parties, and the smell of hickory smoke drifting through the yard on game day. Somewhere between the football field and the smoker, Smith's Endzone BBQ was born.

The name says it all. Chavis brings the same competitive fire he learned on the gridiron to every brisket, rack, and shoulder that hits his pit. Today, Chavis and his team cater tailgates, weddings, corporate events, and family gatherings all across Knoxville and greater East Tennessee. Whether it's a plate for twenty or a spread for five hundred, the mission is the same: feed people well, treat them like family, and send everybody home wanting to talk about the food for a week.
